She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience through her extensive work on complex large-scale projects. With over 15 years of industry experience, Krystle has made a mark across various sectors, including aviation, government, hospitality, industrial, education, and themed entertainment.

Her impressive portfolio represents over $2-billion worth of work, with contributions to significant projects including the Pentagon Renovation Wedges 2-5, Disney Coronado Springs Resort Room Renovation, the Historic Grand Avenue Neighborhood Center, and Arthrex E-Beam Facility.

Krystle's career is characterized by her by ability to collaborate closely with clients and exceptional skills in schedule development and management, project oversight, cost management, authority approvals, contract management, and construction management. Her oversight ensures that Volteo Building Co's day-to-day operations revolve around client satisfaction, safety, and integrity. With an illustrious career spanning over a decade, she has made her mark across various sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, aviation, and retail, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field. Beyond her professional achievements, DaLila is deeply committed to giving back to the community, serving the on the board of directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida – Joe R. Lee Branch and chair for Celebrate the Children.

DaLila's distinguished career is highlighted by her leadership in managing significant projects for esteemed clients such as the UCF Foundation, where she expertly guided the expansion of the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinic and the relocation of UCF's Internal Audit Department. Her portfolio also boasts an impressive range of projects, including the 1.3M sf MCO APM Complex, the 343,000sf Cox Health Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and a 248,000sf Universal Orlando Resort, among others.
